During your visit

What is Planned
We strive to make each campus visit easy, affordable, and informative. Before your personalized campus visit, you will be given a personalized Campus Visitor Itinerary (via email). This itinerary will outline the activities planned for you during your visit.

For all prospective students visiting the Northern California Campus, the Recruitment Office will provide up to two evenings complimentary in our guest housing. Guest housing will be arranged during the campus visit process. If you are staying more than two nights, you will need to make additional arrangements through either guest housing, or you may choose to stay at a local hotel.

The seminary will provide meal vouchers to cover the expense of lunch (Monday – Friday) for up to two days. If you’re staying on campus, the meal vouchers will be located in an envelope in your guest room upon your arrival. If you’re not staying in guest housing the meal vouchers will be placed in a folder of information, which will be given to you in the Admissions Office upon your arrival. We will provide breakfast snacks, but you will need to make arrangements for dinner and any additional meals.

Note: Our Cafeteria is not open on weekends, during fall break, spring break, summer break, or the week of Christmas. If your visit falls during any of these times, you will be responsible for arranging your own meals. A list of local restaurants will be provided for your convenience.
