Housing applicants are not considered until confirmed for seminary admissions.
Housing applications are available through the seminary Admissions Office or by download
. Priority deadlines for applications are May 1 and November 1 (for the following academic semester).
Housing deposit is $200 for the dormitories and $400 for all other housing types; the first $100 is due with the housing application; the balance is due upon arrival.
Although Golden Gate Seminary makes every effort possible to accommodate all housing requests, priority is given to Southern Baptist students/family applicants. At times, priority is also given to applicants in particular degree programs. Current campus residents who require housing changes due to engagements, births, or other family dynamics are also assigned priority status. If necessary, the seminary will maintain waiting lists for apartment units/types.
Under normal circumstances, GGBTS housing units will be available for occupation in mid-August for fall semester move-ins, and mid-January for spring semester move-ins. Any housing occupancy for new students prior to the stated move-in dates will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
